These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CertiQ mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

CertiQ provides practice questions, mock exams, and explanations to help you prepare for Snowflake SnowPro certification exams. The Service is a study aid only. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, and exam content, formats, and requirements are set by Snowflake and may change at any time.

Not affiliated with Snowflake

CertiQ is an independent study app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Snowflake Inc. “Snowflake”, “SnowPro”, and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and study purposes only.

Accounts

Some features let you sign in with Apple or Google to sync your progress. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

Purchases

CertiQ offers one-time purchases (single certifications or All Access). There are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store according to its refund policy.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the questions, explanations, or other content;
• scrape, extract, or bulk-download content from the Service;
• reverse engineer or attempt to bypass access controls or purchase restrictions;
• use the Service in any unlawful way or to infringe others’ rights.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its original questions, explanations, design, and software, is owned by CertiQ and protected by applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertiQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including exam results.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
